Sound Problems

Problem: No sound is coming out of the speakers.
Solution: Check to see that the speakers are turned on. The speaker that has the audio controls on it should have a light to indicate that they are turned on. If the light still does not come on, make sure that the speakers are plugged in. If they plug into a power strip, make sure it is turned on. If the speakers are on and are plugged in, make sure that the cable that runs from the back of the speaker to the computer is plugged tightly into the computer. Have the user adjust the volume on the speakers to make sure that it is not turned down. If the things suggest above do not fix the problem, the mixer volume may be low. The user can adjust this.
